1. Upload your list

Any CSV file with addresses in it. It does not need to be tidy: we work out which column is which, and you can correct us. In Excel or Google Sheets choose Save as or Download as CSV. Up to 50,000 rows, 5 MB.

I confirm I have the right to send marketing to everyone on this list, it leaves out anyone who has asked me not to contact them, and if it includes people's names I have screened it against the Mailing Preference Service (MPS) in the last 28 days.

Your file is scanned for viruses, is only used for this campaign, and is not shared with anyone. Names are used only on the envelope and the greeting. We do not keep your list. 30 days after you approve your mailing we delete it, and the roof, location and letter data with it. All we keep is a record of what happened to each home, so you can see who you wrote to.

What happens after you pay

Every home is checked on Google Solar and graded A+ to C on its roof.
Homes that already have solar panels, or have no usable roof, are removed.
Each home removed, and each you choose not to write to, comes back to you as a credit you can use on any future campaign.
You see the grades and choose who to write to. You can write to all of them or only some.
30 days after you approve the mailing we delete your list and the roof, location and letter data. We keep only a record of the outcome for each home (letter sent, or why it was removed), on your Past lists page.
